I’m honored to have had the new [212]MEDIA site featured on a number of design blogs and showcases. Just wanted to take a moment to say thanks for the great response and chuck a few backlinks!
Stay tuned geeks. In the next few weeks I will post a series of 4 articles on my methodology for creating modular, solid CSS that’s both extensible and powerful. Think of it as a framework if you want, only I don’t believe in frameworks. So, yea… don’t think of it that way.
Having finally roofied Wordpress and making it do things rather untoward to itself, the seemingly endless march towards redesign is finally complete. The new design is all about a return to simplicity, a salvaging of originality, and a march towards creating a site where browsing is not a chore, but simply a transparent act.
Well, it’s been a few weeks with the new blog and all, and one thing has become abundantly clear: I have no time for complicated or involved updates, bug fixing, or any of the crap I loathe when it comes to client work. So (as loony as this might seem) I’ll be going away for a few days and coming back with a new version of this bad boy.
Despite its sweetness, I think carrying or keeping one of these would actually serve to get you placed on mine. Oh the irony.
I can officially report that the Wordpress iPhone app works… see?

Hmm… the “new” Firefox looks an awful lot like some other browse I know… just can’t place it. (In fairness though, their new site is great!)
